Halifax
The Neighborhoods Rising process has not yet started in the Halifax community. However, it was one of the neighborhoods chosen by Petersburg residents during LISC's initial community planning process. That planning document is found here.
A project under construction in the Halifax neighborhood is Claiborne Square, a joint project built by Restoration of Petersburg Community Development Corporation and the Better Housing Coalition – a relationship brokered by Virginia LISC.
