Richmond LISC was authorized in 2005 to thoughtfully and methodically expand our geographic footprint and change our name to reflect this transformation to Virginia LISC. Our customer base includes CDCs, nonprofit agencies, public housing authorities and for profit developers who are sensitive to the issues involved in successfully transforming neighborhoods that have, in the past, suffered from disinvestment.
